草石蚕中水苏糖的提取技术
Study on the Extractive Technique of Stachyose from Chinese Artichoke

Abstract
This article is about the optimization of stachyose’s extraction process from Chinese artichoke via ultrasonic method.Taking fresh Chinese artichoke as the material,the author designed the orthogonal experiment of 4 factors and 3 levels, basing on the single factor experiment, to study the optimal technological condition for the extraction of stachyose with the factors of ultrasonic power,extracting temperature,extracting time and material liquid ratio.The result shows that the optimal technological condition of ultrasonic method extraction of stachyose is when the ultrasonic power is 160 W,the extracting temperature reaches 50 ℃,the extracting time is 30 min,and the proportion of material and reagent is 1∶1.Under this condition,the receiving rate of stachyose from Chinese artichoke is 61.32%. The extractive technique with the ultrasonic method is simple with precise result, and the Chinese artichoke can be fully applied.关键词
