一株产Herbimycin A单组分吸水链霉菌SH035的研究
Study on Single-component hygroscopic streptomyces SH035 with Herbimycin A Producing
摘要
Abstract
A strain of ray fungi SH035 is extracted from soil,whose metabolites are anti-bacterial,anti-fungus,and anti-tumor cellular activity. The authors extract the active constituent from SH035 fermentation liquor with ethyl acetate,and analyze and identify it with inspection methods such as ultraviolet absorption spectrum,infrared absorption spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum,mass spectra,high performance liquid chromatography,and so on;identify bacterial strain SH035 through physical characteristics,cultural characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis. The result shows that the active constituent is Herbimycin A (Herbimycin A ), with component single; the physical characteristic, cultural characteristic, and biochemical characteristics of bacterial strain SH035 is similar as that of streptomyces hygroscopicus,the homology of SH035 ’s 16S rRNA gene sequence is most close to streptomyces hygroscopicus.It is preliminary determined as the stretomyces hygroscopicus.关键词
