Abstract
Tuber disease of 5 main potato cultivars planted in Dingxi (Favorita, Zaodabai, Xindaping, Longshu No. 3, Kexin No. 1)was investigated during the potato harvest in test field of Dingxi Teachers College in 2012. The results showed that: The disease rate of late blight of all cultivars was higher and that of different varieties had obvious differences, which of Favorita (52.54%) >Zaodabai (47.49%) >Xindaping (46.21%)> Kexin No. 1 (23.42%)>Longshu No. 3 (16.03%). It showed that the resistance of Longshu No. 3 for late blight is the best, secondly new No. 1, the resistance of Favorita is the worst, the resistance of new Daping and Zaodabai for late blight was low. In addition to late blight, the powdery scab, black scurf and scab also appeared in different varieties, in particular: there is scab disease of Favorita, the incidence rate of it was 10.59%, there is powdery scab of Xindaping, the incidence rate of it was 4.12%, there is black scurf of Zaodabai, the incidence rate of it was 8.94%; and there is powdery scab, black scurf and scab of Kexin No.1, the incidence rates were 1.27%, 3.80% and 3.80%; there is powdery scab, scab of Longshu No. 3.关键词
