摘要
Abstract
Developing the economy may be top priority in the process of the Aid-the-Poor Program in Frail Environment Zone. However, we should never achieve the goal at the cost of the environment. Instead, combining economic development with environmental protection is the basic way. Based on the survey on the development conditions in Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area, we advocate a policy of maintaining the amicable relations between the human being and nature and upholding green development strategy.关键词
