Abstract
The young anthurium leaves as explant with different hormones were studied to induce callus, adventitious buds, proliferation, rooting and transplanting,respectively. The results showed that: 1/2MS+6-BA2 mg/L +NAA1 mg/L+TDZ 1mg/L was the best medium for the leaf callus and adventitious roots induction; MS +6- BA0.7 mg / L + IAA0.5 mg / L was the best medium for proliferation; 1/2MS + IAA0.3 mg / L + NAA0.2 mg / L was the best rooting medium. 80%humidity, 20-25 ℃and 60%moisture content was the key to survival after petard transplanted. In the five new varieties, "Theron" was easiest to form callus,“Rose”was the best tissue differentiation, all of them were easy to form roots.关键词
