生物质直燃发电配套炉前给料技术的研究与发展

摘要
Abstract
Focused on an improved feeding system for biomass boiler , some recurring problems in traditional feeding system were analyzed and a new idea with a tooth roll was adopted to solve the problems .It was believed that the rod-like tooth was more efficient to push deferent kinds of biomass particles than the paddles of traditional auger .And it al-so should be noticed that the new scheme consumed less power .A series of lab-scale experiments were carried out and some important parameters for industrial design were obtained , as well as some design principles .A concept design of the feeding system for a typical 15MW biomass fueled CHP was presented , the feasibility of new feeding system was ap -proved and the estimated total power consumption was 50 kW, which was significantly lower than traditional scheme .关键词
