秸秆涡旋燃烧颗粒排放特性影响研究
Study on influence of combustion parameters on particle emission from rice straw fueled vortex combustor

Abstract
The characteristics of particles emission were studied using the aerosol sampling technology and flue gas mo -nitor.The influence of ash particles properties with different operation parameters of rice straw combustion including the furnace combustion temperature , primary /secondary air ratio and excess air coefficient was investigated .The results showed that the submicron particles PM 1 and the micro-sized particles PM1 -2.5 mostly consisted of sulfate (K2 SO4 ) and potassium chloride (KCl).A higher temperature and primary air /secondary air ratio can lead to increase emission of PM1 .In addition, a higher primary air /secondary air ratio can lead to decrease S /Cl mole ratios of different size parti-cles, as well as a lower excess air coefficient .It was also found that a properly reduction of excess air coefficient can lead a lower PM1 and CO emission.关键词
