25t／d城市生活垃圾上吸式气化炉的产气特性分析
Syngas measurement of municipal solid waste updraft gasifier with the capacity of 25 t/d
摘要
Abstract
The determination of the syngas generation and flue gas of one waste gasifier with 25 t/d capacity were con-ducted.By analyzing the experimental results , the following points were observed.The heat value of clean syngas was 1947 kJ/m 3 , and the generation of clean gas was 1969 m 3 /t; the heat content of tar was 29.5% of total heat of syngas;the moisture content in gas was 28.17%, and it was proposed to dewater the raw waste for increasing syngas generation and quality; the flue gas of waste gasification combined secondary combustion was low pollutants emission , even lower than the emission limit standard without air clean system .关键词
