Human Capital Development in the Midst of the Rise of the Central Plains of China
摘要
Abstract
The rise of the Central Plains of China is a grand development strategy that requires all -out efforts from all walks of life to solve long-term and immediate challenges ahead , mobilize all resources available , and press a-head steadfastly with its finalization .In order to revitalize the Central Plains of China , we need to adopt a broad-minded approach , domestically and globally , seize the strategic opportunities that history bestows on us , comply with the innovation-driven development mode and trend , and stick to the path of ‘reinvigorating Henan Province through human resource development ’ .However , the fundamental means and measures of the bid to revitalize Cen-tral China lie in human capital development in the long run .关键词
