Revisiting the Citations of Some Words Signifying Death in Hanyu Da Cidian
摘要
Abstract
As an important part of large-scale Chinese dictionaries , citation is the main standard to measure the quality of the compilation of dictionaries .With an examination of words signifying death incorporated in Hanyu Da Cidian , this paper aims to reveal some problems with the citations of some words therein , including out-of-date cita-tions, citation monotony and citation inaccuracy .At the same time, some suggestions are also put forward pertain-ing to an overhaul of these problems in order to provide some reference to the revision of Hanyu Da Cidian later on .关键词
