The Formation Mechanism of the Circular Economy-based Symbiotic Network of Industrial Parks

Abstract
On the basis of the basic connotations of and interconnectivity among industrial symbiosis , industrial symbiotic network , and circular economy-based industrial symbiotic network , this study presents an analysis of the formation mechanism of the circular economy-based symbiotic network of industrial parks by investigating the four components of the symbiotic network of industrial parks , namely , enterprises , industrial chains , resource environ-ment, and managing authorities .The results show that the formation of industrial symbiosis network is resource and environment-constrained , and that efforts must be made to promote the interaction between internal technological in-novation and external government policies and regulations to obtain the maximum economic benefit and to bring out into full play the comparative advantages and competitive advantages the symbiotic network through horizontal cou -pling, vertical closure and regional integration , to the end of achieving the evolution of industrial parks into eco-friendly ones .关键词
