摘要

Abstract

Taking the wetland reeds of the Bosten Lake as study object,by means of field investigation and laboratory experim ents,the physicaland chem icalproperties of soil,water quality characteristics and the affecting factors of reed biom ass were analyzed. The results show ed that the soil environm ental quality was fine in general. The average of available nitrogen values of the reed soil was 142.59m g/kg, and the average of available phosphorus content was 40.11m g/kg,and the average oforganic matter content was 7.81% .The nutritive elem ents could m eetrequirem entofthe reed grow th.The totalsoilsaltcontentand the total water salt content were 0.93% and 3.04m g/L in Huangshui reed wetland,which had a significantnegative correlation with the reed biom ass (p<0.05).The totalsoilsaltcontentand the totalwater saltcontentwere notsignificant (p>0.05) with the reed biom ass in the southwestSm allLake and the west Large Lake.The COD contentand the pH valuesofwaterin three reed area waterwere notsignificant (p>0.05)with the reed biom ass in the three reed area.M orphologicalcharacteristic index ofthe reed,such as plantheight,stem diameter, node numbers and stalk pitch numbers,had a significantly positive correlation (p<0.01)with the reed biom ass,and the structuralcharacteristicshad a negatively related (P<0.01)with the reed biomass.
