生态足迹视角下的宁波市水资源可持续利用评价
Evaluation of the Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources in Ningbo from an Ecological Footprint Perspective

Abstract
B ased on the ecological footprint theory, this paper attem pts to make an evaluation of the sustainable utilization ofwater resources in Ningbo from 2002 to 2010 through constructing an ecologicalfootprintand ecological capacity m odel.The results show thatduring 2002-2010 the ecologicalfootprintofwaterresources percapita m aintains below 0.62 hm 2/caps with a narrow range in Ningbo.In line with the data analysis,the production wateraccounts forthe largestproportion ofthe ecologicalfootprint (up to 67.9% -79.8% ),follow ed by the dom estic water,and the ecological watertakesthe leastposition.The ecologicalfootprintofthe waterused forthe prim ary industry is largerthan the sum of the water utilized by the secondary and tertiary industries. The ecological footprint of the water used by the urban residentscontinuesto rise.The ecologicalcapacity ofwaterresourcespercapita rem ains above 0.99 hm 2/cap,affected by the w eather and hydrologicalconditions,which lead to its significantchange.The water resources are in an ecological surplus,and theirchange tendency isconsistentwith theirecologicalcapacity.The ecologicalfootprintofwaterresources per ten-thousand Yuan GDP is decreasing year by year,and the magnitude of the exploration and utilization of water resourcesforthe developm entofeconom icsisgradually increasing.关键词
