花生联合收获机实时测产控制系统设计
Control system design of a real-time peanut yield monitor for peanut combine harvester

Abstract
To solve the problems that the existing cereal yield monitor method can’t be directly applied to estimate peanutyield and thatthe foreign peanutyield monitordevice can’tbe directly installed and used in the domestic peanut harvesting machinery,a localcontrolsystemforpeanutyield monitorwasdesigned forthe C hinese 4H B L-2 seriespeanut combine harvesters.A newmechanicalstructure forpeanutyield monitorwas proposed,and consequently the hardware and software forsuch a peanutyield monitorsystemwere designed.The designed systemcan automatically monitorthe peanut yield, store the monitor information, position by GPS and manage the information by internet network. Meanwhile,the designed systemhas a numberofadvantages,including the compactsize,the convenientinstallation and the strong disturbance rejection.The designed systemcan be directly installed in the 4H B L-2 series peanut combine harvesters,and also can be deployed in otherpeanutcombine harvesterswith necessary modifications.关键词
