网络科技信息情报价值评价方法综述
The Intelligence Value Identifying Methods of Science & Technology Web Resource:A Review
摘要
Abstract
Nowadays, using web scientific information to support the analysis of dynamic monitoring and strategic decision-making is be-coming an important task for intelligence analysis teams. Identifying the intelligence values of those web resources effectively and effiec-iently can help intelligence analysts to select a few valuable resources from a large number of gathered web resources, which has become an urgent issue. In this paper, the evaluating methods and indexs for indentifying intelligence value of web resource are summarized systemat-ically, According to their technical characteristics, those methods are divided into information-based metrology evaluation method, per-sonalized information retrieval and information filtering evaluation method, and then the advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared and analyzed.关键词
