Government Tacit Knowledge Sharing Factors Analysis in Internet Public Opinion Management
摘要
Abstract
As the important part of tacit knowledge management, tacit knowledge sharing is the key to the successful implementation of government's tacit knowledge management. To achieve an effective tacit knowledge sharing in government, and help government improve the capabilities of decision-making and management upon facing with internet public opinion problems. 5 major areas with 19 factors im-pacting government tacit knowledge sharing are built at the very beginning, and then the intrinsic relationships between each factor are ana-lyzed and identified by DEMATEL. Based on the analysis, the strategies of government tactic knowledge sharing in internet public opinion management are discussed.关键词
