Abstract
In this paper, over three thousand patent records on the mobile payment from DII were analyzed through the self-made pro-grams, TDA and Citespace in terms of quantitative measurement and visualization analysis. The results show that the most important cited patent documents are mainly from developed countries, nowadays the patent outputs of South Korea are plenty and the Samsung Electronics Company owns high patent productivity and strong international influence in the field of mobile payment. The mobile payment architec-ture, plan and agreement the electronic funds transferring and the payment by handheld devices are the main research areas, but the new re-search areas on the servers, user permissions/password system and mobile ecommerce are worth focusing on. China is developing rapidly in recent years, but China faces some problems on how to support research strength, improve the level of research and expand the interna-tional market.关键词
