基于新浪微博的政务服务研究
Study on the E-Government Services Based on Sina Weibo

Abstract
With the development of Internet and information technology, the contents of e-government services provided by government as well as its forms have expanded a great deal. As a new free speech platform for the public, Sina Weibo has earned great attention from the academic circles for the study of its function as an e-government service platform. This paper uses Api offered by official channel and procedures established by Java platform to collect the relative data in Sina Weibo, which are then processed and analyzed through open source word segmentation and naive Bayes text classification methods so as to research the e-government services based on Sina Weibo. The result of this paper can be used to facilitate the policy guidance for the e-government service on Weibo.关键词
