摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of the U. S. law enforcement intelligence system after the 9. 11 event, government agencies, pro-fessional associations, colleges and universities, and private sectors, etc. participate in developing and providing intelligence analysis train-ing program actively, and the law enforcement intelligence analysis training market has become mature increasingly. It investigates the training programs and courses for the U. S. law enforcement intelligence analysts, and then analyzes their characteristics from the develop-ment trend, main body of training, levels, types, content, and the privacy, civil liberties, and civil rights protections and so on. It sug-gests to open the training market appropriately, encourage social forces such as professional associations, colleges and universities, and pri-vate sectors to participate in the unclassified law enforcement intelligence training, develop and cultivate multi-level, multi-type and high-quality training projects, develop minimum training standards, foster and standardize the intelligence analysis training market, and thus promote the specialization and standardization construction of law enforcement intelligence analysts in China.关键词
