Factors Impacting the Quality Control Function of the Patent Invalidation Procedure of China
摘要
Abstract
In order to give full play to China's patent invalidation proceedings for the purpose of quality control, this paper studies the di-rect and indirect factors affecting the efficiency of patent invalidation process, using the method of system analysis, case studies and theo-retical models. And make recommendations such as, setting the patent invalid incentives, establishing industry associations of patent mat-ters, restricting discriminatory licensing, strengthening the obligations of information disclosure, as well as improving the quality of patent examination in the short term and real-time monitoring in the long term.关键词
