On Traits and Developing Patterns of International Sci-tech Talents:From the Perspective of Bibliometric Research

Abstract
Based on data from ESI and WoS, this paper aims to investigate the traits and developing patterns of international sci-tech tal-ents in their career growth by exploring the research productivity along with their professional titles, the talent flow between organizations and countries, as well as the change of disciplines of the authors of highly cited papers in physics and computer science. The results of this research are supposed to provide reference for relevant policy-making about talents developing.关键词
