政府视域网络舆情研究现状及反思
The Status and Reflection on Network Public Opinion Research from the Scope of Government
摘要
Abstract
Through literature review, it can be found that network public opinion research from the scope of government is the current fo-cus of academic research, which includes many research perspectives, such as controlling network public opinion, managing network pub-lic opinion, guiding network public opinion, monitoring network public opinion, and responding to network public opinion, etc. But net-work public opinion research from the scope of government has the following obvious theoretical deviations:failing to accurately grasp the relationship between government and network public opinion, ignoring research about netizens, media and other elements, and neglecting the positive impact and focusing not on the fundamental strategy of handling network public opinion but only on the responding skills and tactics in an imbalanced way. Network public opinion research from the perspective of social communication can avoid these deviations and explore new field for the research of network public opinion.关键词
