Abstract
Taking drinking water pollution incident in Lanzhou as an example, Sina Weibo as research platform, tweets and comments from Lanzhou government micro-blogs and Lanzhou citizens micro-blogs on the incident as research objects, the research conducts a com-parative analysis on time distribution of the tweets and the content of the tweets. Meanwhile, by investigating comments of the tweets, the language style, the results can help us to analyze and evaluate the capabilities of Lanzhou government micro-blogs in reaction to public o-pinions, and can also provide suggestions for governments to cope with public opinion crisis caused by urban drinking water pollution inci-dents.关键词
