摘要

Abstract

User Experience is one of the influencing factors affecting social recommendation services. To improve the service quality, it is necessary to build models of user experience as well as to verify it quantitatively. Taking the characteristics of social network into consider-ation, this paper added perceived interaction to TAM model, and then analyzed this improved model from the perspectives of service-sup-plying and user-relationships. Finally, the models of user experience in social recommendation services were built, thus helping to im-prove the quality of the services.
