网络嵌入、组织学习对企业技术创新绩效的影响研究*--基于海洋装备制造企业的考察OA北大核心CHSSCDCSSCI
Network Embedding, Organizational Learning and Technological Innovation:Evidence from Chinese Marine Engineering Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises
基于对网络嵌入相关文献的梳理，结合海工产品技术复杂、用户定制的特点，将网络嵌入分为技术嵌入与业务嵌入两方面，以组织学习为中间变量，构建了网络嵌入影响企业创新绩效的概念模型。通过132家海洋工程装备制造企业的问卷调查与结构方程建模分析，实证结果表明：技术嵌入程度越深，越有利于企业通过应用性学习提升企业的技术创新绩效，但技术嵌入与探索性学习的相关关系并不显著；而业务嵌入程度越深，不但能有效促进企业的应用性学习，而且有利于企业进行探索性学习，从而提升企业的技术创新绩效。
