Competitive Intelligence Work Pattern in the Knowledge Sharing Strategic Alliance:An Analysis Based on A Design Institute

Abstract
Building a knowledge sharing strategic alliance has become an important way for China's large design consulting companies to practice its"going out" strategy, and competitive intelligence plays an important role in the alliance's development and stability. Through defining the connotation and characteristics of knowledge sharing strategic alliance, and taking A design institute as an example, this article analyzes the present situation and problems of the competitive intelligence work in the actual knowledge sharing strategic alliance while ana-lyzing the differences between the competitive intelligence in the knowledge sharing strategic alliance and the traditional competitive intelli-gence work, then builds a"decentralized - centralized" competitive intelligence work pattern in the knowledge sharing strategic alliance, which not only meets the needs of knowledge sharing and intelligence cooperation in the alliance, but also helps to reduce the risk of intelli-gence work, effectively satisfying strategic alliances objectives and specific intelligence requirements. The proposed pattern can provide ref-erence to the actual competitive intelligence work in the knowledge sharing strategic alliance and partly make up for the inadequacy of this aspect research. Finally, the article also puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the competitive intelligence work in the knowledge sharing strategic alliance.关键词
