情报研究有效性评价的影响因素及对策分析
Analysis of Impact Factors and Countermeasures in Evaluation of Information Research Validity
摘要
Abstract
This paper originally defines the concept of Evaluation of Validity of Information Research ( EVIR) firstly. Secondly, it analy-zes the impact factors of EVIR from three aspects:subject factors, process factors and system factors. Then, the paper explores the corre-sponding countermeasures to avoid evaluation biases caused by impact factors:rationally distributing experts, rationally designing evalua-tion procedure, and constructing an objective, systematic and quantitative evaluation standards. Finally, the paper describes three proper-ties of the evaluation standards-objective, systematical and quantitative-respectively.关键词
