摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of society and economy, various emergencies occur frequently on population, environment and en-ergy. The emergency decision-making in the previous period involved many problems such as poor information, decision delay and so on, which makes it difficult to adapt to the requirements of efficient emergency decision-making in the new environment. The current emer-gency decision-making problem was researched and used in terms of information science in this article. Under the big data environment and various information technologies, taking the drug safety emergency events as an example, the emergency information was regarded as the main line, the emergency information analysis as the center, and based on three levels of organization, business process and informa-tion process, the article made an all-round analysis on the acquisition, processing, organization and analysis process of emergency infor-mation;a general framework made up of a business process framework and an information flow framework for emergency information anal-ysis was constructed, which provides information support for rapid response to emergencies decision-making.
