Analysis and Enlightenment of the FBI Anti-terrorism Intelligence Sharing Mechanism

Abstract
The threat of terrorism is increasingly serious in today's society. The traditional way of relying on the individual combat fails to adapt to the needs of safeguarding state security, especially after the"9·11" event, the importance of intelligence sharing and joint opera-tions gained universal popularity around the world. As the important law enforcement force and intelligence agency, FBI is shifting its fo-cus to prevent and combat terrorism; it regards anti-terrorism intelligence sharing as an important strategy and has developed a set of anti-terrorism intelligence sharing mechanism. This article explores the intelligence sharing mechanism of FBI from several aspects of its ba-sis, interagency cooperation, technology and ability and the relative governance framework, thus provides useful reference for anti-terror-ism intelligence sharing of public security organs in China.关键词
