企业海外情报工作治理的理论研究
Enterprise' s Overseas Intelligence Work Governance Mode：A Theoretical Study

Abstract
More and more Chinese enterprises are entering into overseas markets. The paper studies the overseas market intelligence collec-tion policy based on the transaction cost theory. First,with the theoretical framework,we analyze the concept and classification of overseas markets intelligence,the transaction property of overseas markets intelligence,the transaction cost of overseas markets intelligence,and the governance mode of the overseas markets intelligence collection works. Second,we explore the influence between transaction property and transaction cost,and the influence between transaction cost and governance mode. The 8 basic propositions argued help to form an integrat-ed framework. At last,we discuss the action policy and organization policy from the views of competitive intelligence and non-competitive intelligence. The paper provides a new view for the research on overseas market intelligence collection through transaction cost analysis,and contributes to the related theoretical research. The paper also has the practical reference value to related enterprises.关键词
