我国燃料电池技术专利有效性研究
Research on Patents Validity of Domestic Fuel Cells Technology

Abstract
In order to research the patents application of domestic fuel cell technology and status of patent in force, based on the theoretical models of survival analysis and life table method, calculated the patentee efficient S( x) each year of various types patentees as well as the median and half-life, explored the efficiency of invention and utility patents of fuel cell technology in China. Studies showed that:patent application quality of foreign patentees in China fuel cell technology is much higher;foreign patent validity period is longer than domestic validity period, and in practice the patent validity periods of domestic enterprises and research institutes were the longest, while the patent validity periods of universities and individuals were the shortest. Therefore, it is very important and urgent to strengthen the fuel cell tech-nology intellectual property management and encourage the post-patenting achievements transformation of universities and individuals.关键词
