突发事件中政务微博的网络舆论危机应对研究*--以上海踩踏事件中的@上海发布为例
A Study on the Response of Governmental Weibo to Internet Public Opinion Crisis in Emergency---A Case Study of @Shanghai Annonucement in Shanghai Stampede

Abstract
Based on content analysis and statistical analysis of the governmental weibo in Shanghai Stampede, the research shows that:during the internet public opinion, the content of governmental weibo responds to the focus of media;the release of content in different sta-ges of crisis has different frequency and focus;the public opinion breaks out abruptly, sustains for a long period and fades slowly;the key of weibo response to public opinion crisis is that weibo shows frankness, honesty and humanity and meets with the public's expectations;the netizens' mood determines the degree of public opinion crisis, etc. The governmental weibo should adopt a comprehensive approach in-cluding activating its interaction with netizens, strengthening the information communication and coordination with traditional media, and deepening the linkage with social media such as Wechat to realize the effective governance of internet public opinion crisis.关键词
