专利申请质量及其测度指标研究综述
A Review on the Research of Patent Application Quality and Its Measurement Index
摘要
Abstract
Since the implementation of the national intellectual property strategy, the patent applications in China have sustained a rapid growth and provided strong support for constructing a creative country. Patent application quality is the operational security for improving the quality of patent in the premise that invention has technological innovation value. And it is an essential factor to enhance and protect the intellectual property utilization. By combing the existing papers, this research will analyze and review the meaning of the patent application quality, and the difference and contact between patent application quality and patent quality, and the measurement index of patent applica-tion quality.关键词
