Study on Chinese Governments' Policy Documents about Online Public Opinion Governance:Current Status and Future Directions
摘要
Abstract
Focusing on the current status and future directions of online public opinion governance policies made by Chinese government, the study conducts content analysis of 48 openly available policy documents, of which above half of them is found to focusing on negative online public opinions. For the goals of governance, governments mainly tried to reduce the negative effects and keep the society stable and harmonious. In addition, when referring to the principles for governance, governments paid attention to issues about responsibility, collaboration, arts of governance and effects of governance. Moreover, governments should make more efforts in performance evaluation and online public opinion analysis.关键词
