摘要
Abstract
The increased social conflicts during the current transition period have resulted in a high frequency of happening of critical net-work public opinion events. Government, as the major force of China's response to them, the intervention effect is directly related to its credibility. Based on the description of characteristics of 130 major network public opinion events, this paper conducts an empirical analy-sis on the key factors influencing intervention effect. It is found that, responsibility and penalties have the greatest effect, followed by the accuracy of the information release and the degree of importance government attaches to it. Finally, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the network supervision mechanism, the news release system and accountability system.关键词
