摘要
Abstract
The Office of Director of National Intelligence had released three versions of National Intelligence Strategy from 2005 to 2014, which reflect the new changes, new characteristics and new trends of U. S. National Intelligence Efforts in the post-9/11 era. Detailedly, the meaning of National Intelligence are wider than before, the mission objectives become more particular, and the institutional mechanism has improved during this ten years;it also demonstrates some characteristics of U. S. National Intelligence Efforts like integration, overall and adaptability;moreover, the issues of Counterterrorism, Cyber Intelligence, Counterintelligence, information sharing and safeguard im-ply the new trends of the development of U. S. National Intelligence Efforts. On this basis,the authors put forward the understanding and cognition of National Intelligence.关键词
