The Model and Empirical Analysis on Collaborative-Service of Subject Intelligence Based on “Target-Centeric” Approach---Taking Shanghai Maritime University as an Example

Abstract
The “Target-Centeric” Approach emphasizes that all stakeholders should be more directly involved in intelligence analysis process, which would help to enhance the quality of university' subject intelligence products. The paper introduces the“Target-Centeric”intelligence analysis process in brief, and then constructs a subject service model based on this process. Then taking the ESI subject of Shanghai Maritime University as the research object, the paper proves that this model has played active roles in improving the development of university subjects, and offers reference for the staff who are responsible for the subject construction and subject intelligence service in u-niversities.关键词
