利用高被引与零被引数据剖析中国博士学位论文学术影响力
Analyzing Academic Impact of Chinese Doctoral Dissertations Based on High-cited and Non-cited Articles

Abstract
Based on bibliometric method,we collected data on 450000 Chinese doctoral dissertations completed before 2012 and their cita-tions by journals or by the theses or other dissertations up to 2013. for different subjects,the high-cited threshold is determined respective-ly. It is found that the high-cited articles for all subjects accounted for an average of 0. 36% ,whole non-cited articles an average of 62. 18% . In order to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of overall strength of those PhD awarding institutes,we focused on top 82 PhD awarding institutes. Their high-cited and non-cited percentages were plotted in quadrant diagram. Furthermore,a comparative analysis was performed on three types of dissertations:those that obtained the title of “Outstanding Doctoral Dissertations”,those that were honorari-ly mentioned during the process of selecting “Outstanding Doctoral Dissertations”,and others for various subjects. It was found that the ci-tations to Outstanding Doctoral Dissertations in some subjects were not as high as expected,some even being non-cited articles. Finally,we identified “Sleeping Beauty”dissertations in terms of citations.关键词
