摘要
Abstract
The paper builds the core patent comprehensive evaluation index system,and identifies the core patents by the use of core patent comprehensive value index (CICP). the index weight is measured by Rough Set,identifying 10 core patents of 1802 results in wind power area at last,and this result of identification is accurate.关键词
