摘要
Abstract
The statistical model and data analysis under accelerated life testing by circular-progressive-stress are discussed when the life distribution follows two-parameter generalized exponential distribution (GED).Three methods of the corresponding estimate of the parameters are given.They are maximum likelihood estimate (MLE),least-squares estimate combined with MLE,and minimum distances estimate combined with MLE.Finally,by using Monte Carlo Simulation,the advantage and disadvantage of these methods are showed.关键词
