Abstract
It cannot be denied that scientiifc and technological progress along with innovation are the main reasons for Japan to rapidly recover from economic dififculties after the world war II, then turn into an express way of development and become one of the great powers in mid 1970’s. Looking at the history of Japan’s scientiifc and technological innovations, the following experience deserves our reference. Policy intervention by the government must follow the rhythm of technological development and conform to the market mechanism;Industry development shall synchronize with environment protection and put energy saving and emission reduction first;technology import is a means while re-innovation after taking in is more important;as a great support to high-tech industries, basic researches cannot be ignored;open innovation represents a general trend, production-study-research collaboration is the key.关键词
