Abstract
The global economy entered the transition period in post-crisis era. Indian government has made the strategy of developing emerging industries in a bid to promote its economy growth and enhance its international competitiveness. It has made an “inclusive, sustainable growth” strategy and has taken some measures such as strengthening information and bio-pharmaceutical industries, focusing on manufacturing and new energy industries, multi-channel training for IT personnel, etc. India is currently the third largest pharmaceutical country, and biotechnology is one of its pillar industries. India aims to enter the rank of global top ifve science and technology powers before 2020 by the Science and Technology Input Multiplication Plan.关键词
