摘要
Abstract
Major scientific facilities in U.S. national laboratories are owned by the federal government, operated by universities or independent professional agencies. Different facilities, users and experimental projects are classiifed for management. Cooperation in-depth with other research institutes and companies is conducted around sharing facilities. Advanced professional talents and technologies from different countries are aggregated through the facilities' international cooperation. We analyze the operation and management mode of some typical U.S. major scientiifc facilities, and give some suggestions on the development and management of Chinese major scientiifc facilities.关键词
