Abstract
In recent years,the requirements for scientific research ability of rural teachers have been contin-uously enhanced with teacher education reform and curriculum reform promoted substantially.The idea of teach-ers being researchers has become increasingly acceptable by scholars.However,there exist some problems with scientific research ability of rural teachers,such as negative views of scientific research,lack of scientific theo-ries,weak research ability and inflated academic morality .Cultural and family factors,professional title evalua-tion system and teacher training modes are restrictive factor for the promotion of scientific research ability of rural teachers.Establishing practice-oriented project team,reforming professional title evaluation system and diversif-ying teacher in-service training modes are feasible countermeasures .关键词
