On Sustainable Development of Teaching Staff in Private Universities
摘要
Abstract
Teaching staff is a key factor in sustainable development of private universities as a chief compo-nent of higher education.But there still exist many problems with the teaching staff construction.Strengthening the construction and management of teaching staff,attaching importance to the ideological and political work of young teachers,transforming government functions to provide quality services for the sustainable development of private universities and focusing on the guiding roles of public opinion are essential approaches.关键词
