摘要

Abstract

The normal bucket elevator cannot be operated in high-temperature environment due to material and structur-al limitation,so the solutions are determined through field research:firstly,to change the inner wall of elevator shell and material of hopper;secondly,to improve the sealing structure in heavy-hammer tensioning device;and thirdly to add constant-temperature nitrogen circulating system to avoid slag oxidation.The practice indicates that the design embodies the structural in-novation,to make the bucket elevator work functionally at 600-800℃,which can satisfy the application requirements perfectly.
