摘要

Abstract

With the metal structure of box girder of the common bridge crane as a study object,in terms of the prob-lems of the optimal method for the metal structure of the bridge crane such as local optimization and long search time,the fruit fly algorithm is properly improved based on the research on the fruit fly algorithm and traditional optimal algo-rithm.With the aid of the high-efficient global search capacity of the fruit fly algorithm,and considering stability of tradi-tional optimal algorithm,a new optimization method with high search efficiency is put forward in the paper,which is applied to the light-weight design of the metal structure of the girder for 50 t/20 m double-girder bridge cranes.The calculation re-sult shows that the method can accelerate the convergence rate of the optimal algorithm,provided with excellent optimization performance,so it's verified that the above-mentioned method is applicable to the light-weight design of the crane metal structure,providing a new high-efficient design means for light-weight research for the crane's metal structure.
