摘要
Abstract
The pin wheel and tooth transmission is one of the common driving modes for the bucket-wheel stacker and reclaimer,which is provided with simple structure,low construction cost,and easy dismantle,etc.,however,the wheels of some bucket-wheel mechanisms indicate a series of problems such as insufficient rigidity,large deformation,acute vibra-tion,etc.In the paper,the finite element software ALGOR is adopted for modeling and mechanical analysis of the wheel structure of bucket-wheel mechanism transmitted by pin wheel and pin tooth.In addition,the paper also puts forward the optimized improved solution.关键词
