摘要

Abstract

Based on the multi-field unified modeling simulation analysis platform MWorks,the simulation model is built for QAY220 all terrain crane including the cab,tire,and roadway,which is used to simulate the crane pulse road ex-citation smoothness.Based on the simulation model,the multi-disciplinary comprehensive optimization is performed with the center of mass acceleration in the cab as the optimal objective which has the maximum effect on the crane smoothness.After optimization,the acceleration root-mean-square value reduces by 47.71%,which means the smoothness increases by 47.71%.
