基于 PVDF 的金属结构焊缝裂纹损伤识别研究
摘要
Abstract
In view of the weld crack appearing in the metal structure of the mechanical equipment , the paper puts for-ward the method of damage identification including PVDF and deformation curvature algorithm , analyzes the damage identi-fication theory for the imaginary part of frequency response function , describes the extraction method of COS , and presents to adopt interval fitting method ( GSM) for fitting of the working deformation curvature of the healthy structure.PVDF is applied to perform test on the welding metal plate with two weld cracks.The test result shows that the method can correctly identify the position and opening length of the cracks , providing reliable information for safety evaluation of the metal struc-ture.关键词
